Mr. Norman is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty (20) years of experience in accounting and auditing. He  worked in the United Kingdom with organizations like Clifford Nathan & Co. (Accountants), University College of London, University of Reading, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, in various capacities.

He was also a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche, Ghana, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants which  enabled him audit various institutions including banks and non-bank financial institutions. He has also performed strategic business advisory services for various institutions including SMEs.

He is currently a Managing Partner of an Accounting Firm.

Mr. Norman holds an MBA in International Business from the Coventry University, Coventry, United Kingdom, a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the University of Greenwich, London, UK.

He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA), Ghana. Michael is a results oriented person with a passion for growing successful businesses.
