Mr. Kese Boa-Amponsem is the Chief Executive Officer and comes on board with over 20 years’ experience in the Banking and Insurance industry.

He is a focused individual with proven leadership and managerial skills in building successful teams and energizing them to achieve maximum results, geared towards the realization of the company’s strategic goals. His strong entrepreneurial and marketing skills were catalysts in helping Noble Trust to register its dominant presence in the financial sector within just two years.

His working career started at the then Ghana Cooperative Bank as the head of the Reconciliations Unit. From there, he moved to Golden Rule Resources Gh. Ltd (a mining firm) as an Assistant Finance and Admin Manager. He then worked with CDH Insurance Company Ltd as a Senior Insurance Officer. He later moved to GLICO General Insurance Company as an Assistant Manager (Underwriting), then as the Head – Retail Relations Work Group, in the same company.

Kese holds an MBA in Marketing from the Wisconsin International University College, a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon, a Certificate in Microfinance Operations from GIMPA, and has also attended various courses and seminars in Microfinance Operations.
