Sabina is an Executive Director (HR, Admin & Marketing). She is a dedicated, diligent, results-oriented individual who has an incredible passion for customer service, integrity and excellence. Having worked in the hospitality industry in supervisory and managerial positions for over 15 years, she brings to Noble Trust, strong customer- centric values, to drive the company to achieve its strategic goals.

Whilst a Manager at the Holiday Inn Hotel, her department became the most profitable and most effectively run department, through the sound managerial policies she instituted.
Her efforts, coupled with her superb attitude and impeccable professionalism, enabled the White House Communication Agency to provide critical communications for the U.S President, Barack Obama, during his visit to Ghana in 2009. This earned her a Certificate of Appreciation by the White House.

She has successfully pursued among several academic disciplines, Executive Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Paris Graduate School of Management, a certificate in Microfinance Operations from GIMPA, a certificate in Human Resources Management from the International Organization for Capacity Building (IOCB), London, and a Diploma in French from the Alliance Francaise. She has also attended various courses and seminars in Microfinance Operations.
