He comes on board with his experience in Strategic Management, Financial Accounting, Management, Taxation and Auditing, having worked in various institutions including Tetteh Addico & Co ( Chartered Accountants), Produce Buying Company Ltd (Cocobod), Addai Cutlass Ltd, Novotel Hotel, Kvaerner Construction International Ltd, Christian Council of Ghana, Internal Revenue Service, amongst others. He also has considerable experience in Tax and Management Consulting from Adom Boafo and Associates, a Chartered Accountants and Management Consulting firm.

He is currently the Managing Director of Cocoa Inputs Company Ltd. and also a member of the Audit Committee of Ghana Cocoa Board.

Dr. Lamptey has taught in various institutions in secondary, tertiary and professional levels with over ten (10) years’ experience. He has also been supervising thesis for MBA students since 2009, and is also an adjunct Lecturer of the Central University, Ghana.

He holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the Universidad Empresarial de Costa Rica (Business University of Costa Rica), an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School. He is also a Chartered Accountant and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).
